A spacious split level period cottage packed with character and arranged over three floors. The useful front porch with space for coats, boots and beach gear takes you into the lower ground floor. On this floor is a charming beamed dining room, sofa area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and family bathroom with a shower over a bath. A short flight of stairs lead up to a half landing where there are three bedrooms – a double bedroom, superking (or twin) room and bunk bed room. Stairs continue up to the large lounge with beams, exposed stonework, comfortable seating and a sea view. An electric stove heater completes the set up for cosy evenings in. Slate steps lead down to double doors out to the private garden. From the garden is access to the path to the guest paddock. There are two dedicated car park spaces directly outside the front porch to the cottage.
