You can submit your details online & pay a deposit by credit/debit card or Clare can email/post booking details and you can pay a deposit by credit/debit card, BACS bank transfer or cheque. 

Early booking is advised, especially for the largest cottages and peak season/school holidays. Balance due one month before arrival. Flexible payment plans possible. The main changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible if availability allows. Prices include VAT and all fees.

Dogs are very welcome with no additional fee (see T&Cs below). A maximum of two dogs per cottage (three in Hobby’s). Wren & Plover Cottages are less suitable for large dogs. 

Cottage booking includes:

Electricity, bed linen, towels, parking for one car (two cars for Hobby’s).

Cottage facilities include:

WiFi, TV, hairdryer, iron, fan, cleaning equipment. (+Hobby’s has a PlayStation 4, full dishwasher & BBQ in garden) (Buntings has a PlayStation 3). Travel cot & high chair available on request in advance (note, Wren does not have space for a cot). 

Shared facilities:

Courtyard. Laundry room with two washing machines & one tumble drier. Laundry line. Portable BBQ. Croquet & boules.

Enclosed guest paddock. Brick BBQ. Picnic tables & benches. 

Terms & Conditions:

• No smoking, no vaping, and no candles in the cottages. (LED candles are provided).
• You will be liable for any major damage to fixtures and fittings.
• Electric vehicles are not permitted to be charged on-site either from external or internal sockets. There are facilities in the Tintagel visitor centre & Camelford car parks.
• The use of shared amenities, including the paddock, is entirely at user’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injuries to persons and dogs or loss or damage to any belongings of persons who use them.
• Dogs:
  • A maximum of two dogs per cottage (three in Hobby’s).
  • No puppies under six months old.
  • All dogs must be house trained and up to date on flea treatments.
  • Owners must ensure their dogs are kept under control when in communal areas and when near other people/ dogs. Please show consideration to other guests and keep any dog barking to the minimum.
  • Please bring any required throws, beds and bowls for dogs.
  • We are happy for dogs to be on the sofa / armchair if a throw is used. Dogs to be kept off the beds.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottages.
• No other animals permitted.
• Cancellation policy:
  • Deposits non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
  • Over 60 days before arrival, a cancellation admin fee of £50 will be deducted from repayment of deposit.
  • All payments non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
  • We encourage you to take out an adequate holiday insurance policy to cover you for unforeseen cancellations.
