You can submit your details online & pay a deposit by credit/debit card or Clare can email/post booking details and you can pay a deposit by credit/debit card, BACS bank transfer or cheque. 

Early booking is advised, especially for the largest cottages and peak season/school holidays. Balance due one month before arrival. Flexible payment plans possible. Dogs are very welcome with no additional fee. A maximum of two dogs per cottage (three in Hobby’s) but contact Clare to discuss if a cottage is suitable for additional dogs. Wren & Plover Cottages are less suitable for large dogs. The main changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible if availability allows.

Cottage booking includes:

Electricity, bed linen, towels, parking for one car (two cars for Hobby’s).

Cottage facilities include:

WiFi, TV, hairdryer, iron, cleaning equipment should you want it! (+Hobby’s has a PlayStation 4, full dishwasher & BBQ in garden)

Shared facilities:

Courtyard. Laundry room with two washing machines & one tumble drier. Laundry line. Portable BBQ available on request.

Enclosed paddock. Brick BBQ. Picnic tables & benches. Dog agility equipment. Croquet set.

Terms & Conditions:

• No smoking and no candles in the cottages please. LED candles are provided J
• Please bring any required throws, beds and bowls for dogs. We are happy for dogs to be on the sofa / armchairs if a throw is used. Dogs to be kept off the beds. To avoid disruption to other guests, dogs should not be left unattended in the cottages without prior agreement with the owner.
• No electric vehicle charging on-site. There are facilities in the village visitor centre car park.
• The use of shared amenities, including the paddock, is entirely at user’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injuries to persons or loss or damage to any belongings of persons who use them.
• You will be liable for any major damage to fixtures and fittings.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking with at least one month’s notice and refund payments.
• Cancellation policy:
  • Deposits non-refundable within 90 days of arrival.
  • All payments non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
  • We encourage you to take out an adequate holiday insurance policy to cover you for unforeseen cancellations.
